A hawk's head on top of a human head surmounted by a smaller hawk's head. Abalone shell inlay decorates the border. Painted in red, green and black.
Thunderbird mask with pronounced curved beak, orbitals are recessed with slight protrusion of eyes. Two attached horns curve from top of head. Remnants of feathers and skin above brow. Painted in green, red and black.
Head ring made from woven cord backed by red cloth with four large, square pieces of abalone shell attached around the outside at evenly spaced intervals. Ermine pelts line the top of the ring. Two cords crisscross the top of the ring at right angles, with a large cedar bark tassel attached at the centre.
