Each side of the jacket has a long tassle of multi-coloured wool.

The back of the jacket has a band of purple embroidery with yellow, white and blue snowflake designs that extends around the sides of the jacket.

Very long dark blue loin cloth with three red and white horizontal stripes extending the length of the cloth. Each end has vertical bands of red fabric with tassles on either end. Bottom ends of cloth also have red fringe tassles. Between the vertical red bands are white embroidered patterns.
