Face mask. Shallow mask with rounded head that comes to a point at the chin. Narrow cutouts for eyes and slightly upturned mouth. The sides of the nose continue out on each side creating the brow ridge. There is a single hole on either side of the face, with a short length of twine attached. There is a single hole in the chin that does not go completely through the wood.
Bwami mask made of wood. The mask has a long and narrow face that comes to a point at the chin. Although faded, the left side of the face appears to have once been coloured red, and the right side white. The forehead protrudes at the centre, and then continues down into a long, narrow nose. Small rectangles are carved out for eyes and a mouth, and two small holes for nostrils. The ears and eyes are very close-set. A beard of plant fibre is attached to six holes through the jaw line. The fibre is partially plaited, creating a solid band with long strands extending down. A single thin string is attached to the mask behind each ear.
Small turtle shell mask. Shell is tan in colour with an organic linear pattern in dark brown, and is rounded with a slight ridge down the centre that serves as a nose. Small holes are bored through for eyes and a mouth. Dense feathers, and down, in shades of tan, light brown and dark brown surround the face, attached to the shell by rolled plant fibre thread on the interior of the mask.
Carved wooden figure of a standing woman, with two very large feet. The toes are carved, knees are bent. The stomach and breasts protrude. Both arms are raised above the head and have carved fingers. The head is large and round, with a face defined by a sharp carved delineation and a colour change to light brown. The chin is pointed, and the face widens toward the forehead. The nose has a thin bridge and is long, extending through the forehead to an inverted point at the border of the face. Mouth is a small slash across the chin. Eyes are protruding small slits.
Mask carved from a relatively flat piece of wood with low relief features including an arched brow, slits for eyes, a slightly flaring nose and a small rectangular mouth. The face is coated in off-white clay around the eyes, nose and mouth. From the chin, extending up to the temples, the edges of the mask are painted black. There is a hole bored through the mask on either side of the face at the eyebrows.
Miniature circular fish net with willow reed around the border for support tied on with loose widely spaced coiling of single-strip rattan. Two knots near centre.
Cylindrical torch with a bees wax, and grain compound wrapped with light green-white straw, and grass bound together with a single strip of bamboo in twined large ties. The end comes to a point opposite the working end.
Miniature winnowing basket. Shallow, and round. Twilled, and plaited in light yellow, and brown cane fibres with a hoop under the rim (in and out). Border is plain wrapped with light yellow-white plant fibre. Wrapped hook on one side with a cane strip, round, and stiff, with tie.
