Figure with a thin body and short, squat legs. The rounded circular face comes somewhat to a point at the chin. Has narrow eyes, a thin nose line that extends into the brows above, and a jutting out mouth. Square shoulders with the arms resting slightly bent at the elbows at either side. Pointed belly and knees.

Carved brown wood figure wearing a conical hat with his hands resting on his front hips. Face is carved with oval eyes, eyelashes, a nose, an open mouth with teeth. Three vertical grooved marks on each side of the face start from the eyes and go down the neck. Wearing black boots. Body painted with white chalky paint, as used among the Yoruba and Ibo.

Sword (a) with sheath (b); wooden sheath with a series of ridges down one side and a round flat base. The entire sheath is covered with black leather sewn up the back. Roughly hammered blade with reptile skin-covered grip decorated with brass tacks. Elaborate pattern of metal strips and bosses complete handle.

Carved mask depicting a humanoid face; made from a thin piece of wood. Face has a small thin nose, in between protruding eyes; eyes are within large, raised circles. Lower half of mouth protrudes slightly; rectangular cutout for mouth directly underneath nose. Forehead is tall and triangular; scalloped lines carved in relief down length of forehead. Two lines incised across cheeks; lines and scallops are filled with red and beige pigment(?). Holes drilled into either side of mask; interior is hollowed. (Tag looped through hole next to right eye; plastic tie threaded through holes, for hanging purposes.)
