Skirt is made of black cotton, edged with thin red and white stripes, and embroidered at waist with inverted triangles decorated in pink, green, yellow and white. Across front are two large embroidered diamonds with several smaller ones around the edges, and two larger situated at bottom corners.

Embroidered fabric carrier with ties. Panel is rectangular with cutouts at top corners. Embroidered pattern in Hmong style sits in middle of panel and takes the same outer shape. Its patterning divided into squares, each with similar swirl motifs in colours of red, orange, blue and green, with an outer border of layered applique stripes of green, white, pink and blue. Two long ties attached to the top of the carrier, made up of strips of fabric in blue and purple. These are sewn into a tube, released below the midpoint to create long thick tassels.

The upper half of the hat is decorated with thick blue stitching in a large floral pattern. Hat has four pompoms, two small on either side of forehead, one small above front centre and one large on crown. Interior is lined with a dark blue fabric.

Pants. Short garment made of black cotton, with a thick waistband, and an added panel between the legs to create a low crotch. Wide legs are heavily embroidered in light blue with diamond shapes in yellow, blue, green and red.

Circular child's hat with rounded crown. Brim is red. Embroidered applique with horizontal geometric floral pattern with embroidered black lines front and side of brim. Small horizontal diamond applique around entire circumference. Four strings of white and black beads with silver bells at front-mid crown. Two tassels of red wool with white and black beads at crown top and yellow string.

Dark blue jacket with short sleeves. Sleeves and bottom of jacket have red, blue, and white striped trim with silver metal coil detail around the edges, tied with green thread. Top of left jacket flap also has this trim and folds over the right side and is fastened shut with fourteen small silver bells and black loop ties. There are an additional three bell fasteners at the collar. The left flap is decorated with blue, yellow, green, and red snowflake embroidery. The right flap has a large rectangular pocket with embroidered designs and two large colourful wool tassles on the top corners of the pocket. Pocket is partially covered by the left jacket flap. Collar has red trim with coloured stripes.

Short pair of black pants with dark blue waist band and a very low crotch. Both legs are decorated front and back with brightly coloured embroidered geometric patterns. Cuffs have blue, green and red striped embroidery with a light blue trim.
