Bowl3348/1

Oval wooden bowl in the shape of a bird. The exterior of the bowl is carved in a bird-shape with feathers extending out along the long edges, tail feathers at one end, and the head at the other. The bowl is incised with a humanoid face wearing a three-pronged headdress - all ornately carved with repeating geometric designs. The incised designs have a white appearance. The face has a raised nose, and from its mouth extends a small fish, which connects with the beak of the bird. The interior of the bowl is plain.

Skirt composed of long fringe of thin twisted fibre. The fibre is knotted to the waistband. Folded in four layers. One long cords of braided fibre on each end. A paper tag is tied to the waistband.

Headdress3326/54

Feather headdress composed of a small conical woven base with hole at centre, and feathers tightly woven in creating a ring. The downy feathers are attached closest to the base. A thin twisted fibre cord is woven to the rim with a length of cord left unwoven.

Drum3326/51

Hourglass-shaped drum. Made of wood with reptile skin stretched as a membrane, and open at the other end. A handle is placed on the narrowest part of the drum with a thin ridge extending vertically along the length of the body. On the opposite side, another ridge extends down the entire opposite edge. Decorated with low-relief designs on its sides.

Ornament3326/52

Chest ornament composed of woven rattan. Inserted through a tube-like pocket near the top is a wood crosspiece wrapped in plant fibre and red cloth with two large cowrie shells attached on either side. The lappet consists of three long woven strips with three smaller strips layered overtop. Above the crosspiece are two triangular sections of weaving. A plant fibre cord is attached to the crosspiece at either side. The weaving is outlined in single or double rows of small white shells. The front is coloured red, and the back is left natural brown.

Long stone adze(?) or tool with a rounded blade. The top is relatively flat, while the underside is rounded. Both top and bottom form a dual inclined plane terminating at a shallow rounded wedge blade. The opposite end is a dull point. The width gradually increases from the point to blade.

Long stone adze(?) or tool with a rounded blade end. The smooth shaft is cylindrical on one end, then curves slightly while also tapering to a blade. The underside has a notable indent, then has a flat surface until the blade edge.

Stone tool. Partially rounded top, coming to a dull point on one side. In profile, the tool leans forward on an angle. Whereas straight-on, it is somewhat bell-shaped - tapering in slightly on the sides before flaring out at the base. The bottom surface is rough and uneven.
