There is an outward pointing multiple triangular fringe around and below the face. The top is three-tiered with truncated downward pointing conical shapes.

Plain shaft with long many-barbed head. Three longer barbs extend outward from the top in a triangular formation. The cord which holds the barbs is painted red. Fibre is coiled around the upper part of the shaft.

Woven pandanus mat made of two long, thin sections woven together down a centre seam. The rectangular mat has three sections - a tightly woven centre decorated with stenciled diamonds and repeating X's in different shades of dyed red. Both end sections have woven open-work patterns with stenciled bands overtop and are lined on the long edge with fringe, also dyed dark red.
