Same configuration is repeated on flanged lid except at center, which has two beaded rows of cat-tail grass (?). Rawhide ties, handles and hinges. Basket looks Interior Salish, similar to D1.364 and D1.290.

Above the snake, there are two faces one on top of the other with a feather on top; a round-bodied human with a feather on top; two humans that have their rib lines drawn with recessed eyes and a mouth and a feather on top; a cedar bark ring; and another human with black eyes and a feather on top.
