Dark painting of a Saint in a shoemaker’s shop. At the top of the image, the Saint sits behind a table against a dark red background. He is depicted from the waist up and is the largest figure in the image. He wears a brown hat with gold accents, an orange cape with gold embroidery and a draped brown and yellow-white robe with yellow and red at the waist. There is a yellow halo around the man’s head. He has long brown hair, a brown mustache and beard and holds a black staff in his right hand. His left hand gestures with the index and middle finger upraised. Hanging from the upper right and left corners are bright red curtains that are tied back. Under each curtain, there is a man standing with his hands clasped in prayer. The men wear blue swashbuckler-style hats with gold trim; red tunics with yellow-white, black and gold trim; short blue pants; and black shoes with gold accents. The Saint is seated behind a table covered by a green and gold tablecloth. There are five pairs of black and gold boots and two pairs of horseshoes on top of the table. Also, there is a flat orange object that is shaped like a rectangle with two triangles attached to one of its long sides. In front of the table, in the foreground, five small men cobble shoes in various stages. All of the cobblers wear black wide-brimmed hats, yellow-white button down shirts, red belts, black pants with gold stripes and black sandals. The cobbler in the middle has a halo around his head. The canvas is nailed to a wooden frame and then held within a larger wooden frame. On the back of the object, there is a piece of tape with a number written on it in pencil.
Panel from a dance cape representing Simon Bolivar. The background of the panel is a soft orange fabric; it may be velvet. The central figure, Simon Bolivar, is depicted from the upper legs and up. The bottom of his body is bordered by a half moon motif formed by gold, blue, green and red thread. In the centre of each half moon, there is a yellow dot. Bolivar wears yellow-white pants and yellow jacket with an embossed pattern. His jacket has gold epaulettes and a pink collar. He also wears a yellow, red and gold sash and belt. Bolivar holds a green scroll in his right hand. His skin is pink and he has brown hair. The background of the panel is decorated with flowers and vines made from gold, pink, red, yellow, green, orange and blue thread. There are also silver sequins and small blue beads adorning the panel. The velvet fabric is folded over the back of the panel. On the back of the panel there is a looser weave fabric. There is printed paper sandwiched in between the velvet fabric and the loose-weave fabric. There is an orange sticker and a piece of yellow on the back of the panel that have numbers written on them in pen.
Low-fired pottery with painted accents depicting Adam and Eve and the devil. Adam, on the left side of the object, is the tallest figure represented. He has a large head and a wide neck. His hair, which hangs down his back, and his pupils are painted red-brown. His mouth is agape and he holds his hands upwards as if in shock. His fingers, nipples and a loin cloth around his waist are painted red-brown. Eve is on the right side of the object; she has a wide head and neck. Her hair, pupils, and skirt are painted red-brown. She does not wear a shirt and her belly button is visible. In her left hand she holds an apple up to her mouth; the apple is painted red-brown. The devil is between the two figures. He has horns atop his head and a hunched back and is sitting in the top of an apple tree with many pieces of fruit. The devil and the tree are primarily painted red-brown. The figures stand on top of a rounded mound. The bottom of the object is slightly indented.
Low-fired pottery depicting the murder of Pizarro, a Spanish Conquistador. His murderer, on the left side of the object, wears a flat-brimmed hat with feather on the back side. The details of the hat are painted red-brown. His eyebrows are angled downward giving him an angry countenance. He has a red-brown mustache. The murderer wears a cape to the floor; it has a raised portion on the left side. He holds a blade in his left hand which is on the front side of the object. This arm has a very large bicep and red-brown detailing. The murderer’s right arm rests on a stool between his body and that of Pizarro. His right arm has incised detailing suggesting that he wears a puffed sleeve. Pizarro is in a seated position with his upper body leaning far back. His legs are closest to the body of his murderer and are angled outwards around the stool. He wears red brown boots and short pants with incised detailing. His jacket, which also has incised detailing, is open. There is red brown blood on his chest. Pizarro’s arms are spread outwards. There are epaulets on his shoulders. His arm at the back of the object has lost its hand. The hand grasps a weapon with two prongs on either side. Pizarro has a full beard that is shown with incised detailing and red brown paint. His cap has pointed details on top and on the front of it. It also has ear flaps. The chair that Pizarro sits on is very low to the ground; it does not have legs. The two men are standing on a thin rectangular base with a bevelled edge.
Low-fired ceramic depicting Joseph and Mary’s flight to Egypt with baby Jesus. Mary is facing front, while Joseph stands with his back to the viewer on the left. He is petting the donkey on which his wife and child sit. Joseph wears a toque-like hat. Details on the hat and his eyes, mustache and beard are painted dark brown. In his right hand, Joseph holds a piece of dark brown fruit. His other hand touches the nose of the donkey. The neckline and arm bands of his shirt are painted dark brown. There is a harness around the donkey’s head. The animal has brown eyes and brown detailing on its body. Mary sits on the donkey’s back holding her baby. They are sitting on a saddle which is affixed to the donkey by a strap underneath its tail. She wears an elaborate hat on her head. The hat has lost a piece on top of it as indicated by two points of breakage; it may have been a handle. She has a jug strapped to her back. The back of her shirt and the neckline are painted brown. She wears a skirt to her calves. Her shoes are dark brown. The baby wears a hat similar to his father’s. The details on his shirt are painted dark brown. All of the figures are attached to a thin, oblong base.
Long textile with a 'tree of life" theme. Grey background with a black border around the edge of the work. At the bottom is a rounded blue and bluish-red pot with a tree growing out of it. Within the upper portion are two figures – one male and one female (Adam and Eve). They both wear green leaf skirts. On either side of the pot is a dark green horizontal line. Standing on the left hand side is a wolf outlined in green; the interior of the wolf’s body is colour blocked into quadrants of dark blue with a red centre, yellow, pink and light orange. On the right side of the pot are two hummingbirds and an alpaca. The hummingbird nearest centre is outlined in dark pink and the interior is light pink and green. The other hummingbird is outlined in red-blue and the interior is light orange, yellow, pink and green. The alpaca is outlined in red and the interior is light orange, green, blue and yellow. It has a red furry mane down the back of its neck. The trunk of the tree is dark green with a blue core. The first branch of the tree above the pot has a dark green interior with a blue outline. The leaves are all outlined in dark green but the interior colours vary. On the left side of the first branch, there is a woman picking fruit. On the right side of the branch a man and a woman are passing fruit between their hands. The next branch up has hanging flowers in red, pink, yellow and green. On the left side of the tapestry, between this branch and the lower one, flies a red, pink, green and yellow hummingbird. Hanging downwards near the hummingbird, there is a snake wrapped around the left side of the branch. The snake is blue, red-blue, pink, green and yellow. Also on the left side of the branch, closer to the trunk of the tree, there is a standing bird in light blue, pink, dark blue, white and light orange. There is a four-legged animal with pointed ears and a long tail, standing on the right side of the branch, outlined in red-blue with a light orange, blue, yellow and green interior. On the left side of the next branch up there is a red-blue outlined bird with a blue, pink, yellow and white interior. Standing on the right side of the branch, is an ox-like animal that has horns. The ox is outlined in red and has a yellow, green, blue and pink interior. On the far right side of the branch, there is a parrot standing on a leaf. The next branch up has a short four-legged animal with a long tail standing on the left side of the branch. Nestled in some leaves above and to the left of this animal is a frog that is green, pink and light orange. On the right side of the branch there is another person picking fruit. Further right is a monkey on a leaf outlined in black, with blue, pink and light orange interior. There is another monkey on the next branch up outlined in red with a pink, blue and yellow interior. The next branch is the top branch of the tree. It is yellow with a dark green core and its leaves are the most elaborate. At the top of the trunk there is a half-moon shaped flower in dark green, yellow, pink, and blue. Along bottom edge is a piece of wood with tacks affixing it to the fabric and the artist’s name written in black thread. There is a maker's tag on the back of the textile.

Around the central figure there is a border of lush flowers and green leaves. In both lower corners, the flowers are dark blue cone-shaped plants with orange stamen sticking out of them. Along the edges, the flowers resemble peonies and are blue, red, orange, pink and white. In both upper corners, there are cone-shaped red flowers with orange stamen. To the left of the central figure, the chair that she sits on is visible. The chair is straight-backed with an upholstered back rest and seat. The upholstery is dark red with yellow leaf motifs. The Virgin Mary has curly hair that ranges from dark to light brown. She has a red headband around her head with a yellow brooch attached to the left side. A wire for hanging is attached to the back of the frame with metal eye hooks on the left and right sides. There is also a number written in pencil on the left side of the frame.

While the frame is square, the edges of the central image are rounded because there are sloped borders in each corner. Each of the corners is outlined in orange, has a dark red background and a yellow flower with curled leaves. The sky serves as the background of the painting. It is blue with fluffy white clouds. Atop a rounded brown hill, against the horizon on the left side of the painting, there is a pink building with a cylindrical portion that has a domed roof. There is a thin green tree on either side of the pink building. On the right side of the painting, there is a rounded blue hill with three thin green trees on top. Many of the brown trees in the background have four-petal flowers with yellow and black leaves. The flowers vary in colour from pink to red to yellow. There is a border painted on the canvas with a teardrop motif painted over a dark brown background. The teardrops are dark red with outlines in various shades such as thick yellow, orange, blue and black. In the upper left and right corners, there are naked angels flying and looking down at the central figure, Jesus. The angel’s wings are yellow-brown, black and blue. In place of hands, they have clusters of red and black dashes that resemble small explosions. Jesus sits upon a brown throne with curved arm and back rests. He has long, curly black hair and a black mustache and beard. He wears a red cape with yellow-white embroidery at the edges and a yellow-brown robe with black embroidery at the hem. He holds his left hand upwards with his index and middle fingers straight and the others bent. Both of his hands have red circles on them. In his right hand, he holds a red staff. In the lower left and right corners, there are two angels holding tall candles. The angels have brown wings and wear yellow-white shirts and brown skirts. Large painting in dark colours of a woman in an ornate dress surrounded by religious imagery. Pomata is pilgrimage site in Peru. Our Lady of Pomata was honoured as a source of miracles in Peru. Red curtains in the upper right and left corners descend down the sides of the painting. A pink cherub in each corner holds the edge of the curtain up with one of their arms. With their other hands, the cherubs gesture towards the woman in the middle of the painting. She is bordered by a half-circle of red, pink, yellow and yellow-white circles in various sizes. Most of the background is dark purple. The woman is much larger than the other figures in the image. She wears a yellow and grey crown with red dots on it, elaborate yellow-white and red earrings and an ornate cross necklace. Her skin is pink. Her dress is triangular and takes up the majority of the space in the image. The dress has a yellow-white collar, ruffles at the ends of the sleeves, large yellow white tiers, yellow-white and red diamond-shaped motifs and green and red flowers on it. The base fabrics of the dress are green and dark purple. In her left hand, Our Lady holds a rosary. Her right hand supports a child that rests upon her right shoulder. The child wears a yellow, black and red crown; red dress with yellow-white ruffles at the neck and wrists; and holds a blue cup. In the lower left corner of the image, there is a small depiction of Jesus Christ on the cross; the cross is green. Jesus has pink skin with red dots painted all over it. In the lower right corner, there is a woman with her hands clasped in prayer. Her head is disproportionately large for her body. She wears a blue, yellow and orange dress; a yellow-white head scarf and a garland of red flowers around her head. In front of the large skirt of Our Lady, there are three candles with orange flames. There are red and yellow-white flowers painted throughout the image. The frame is brown and gold.
