On the front is a deep ‘U’ shape around the neck in light blue fabric and white beads. There are rectangular panels of fine quill work with meander and geometric motifs around the centre opening, shoulders and cuffs. There is also quill work on the tops of the fringe pieces. The fringe is around the upper back, shoulders and front ‘U’ shape. The inside is unlined.

The front has a triangle motif arranged in a border, flower and diamond designs on a light blue ground. The back has lines of diamond motifs on light blue ground. The centre opening edges have a red and green tartan fabric. There is a short fringe down the centre back and on the sides and bottom edge. The inside is lined with cotton.
