Figure flanked by two blue skinned deities, Shiva and Krishna. Shiva has three horizontal white stripes and a red dot on forehead. Krishna has red ‘U’ on forehead. Diagonal lines of deities stand on either side. Print's lower left corner, male (Rama ?) with bow and arrow-filled quiver, stands, prays, while looking up at central male. Lower right, blue-skinned, four-armed male (Krishna) faces kneeling person. Above at print's top, hierarchic organization of five cobra heads towering behind. He stands with his left hand pointing towards red pot held by Radha. She has with long black hair and dressed in yellow sari with red border. Rectangular calendar print depicting Vishnu, a four-armed male, with two dark haired females each in red saris. All are seated on the back of flying bird with cobra in talons. Bird's outstretched wings are orange-brown. All three of the figures are adorned with jewelled gold crowns, earrings, bracelets and anklets. Vishnu has a striped floral garland around neck. He holds an object in each of his four hands: gold ringed white conch shell, gold disk on index finger, pink lotus and gold mace. His bottom arms are also grasping the females around their waists. Females each carry gold handled, white flying whisk in outstretched outside arm. Light orange, yellow and blue ground. Printed at top "merchants and cotton spinners"; artist's signature at base.

Rectangular shaped calendar print depicting a three-headed six-armed male, Dattatreya, wearing a light orange dhoti, sandals, brown beaded necklaces with a red bag tied over shoulder on left. He is standing on grassy bank of lake amid an ox and four dogs – two white and two brown. Hair in top knots on all heads. The central figure has red 'U' form on forehead; oval shaped form on the others. Held in each of the six hands is an object: gold mace, long brown shafted trident, brown ring, white conch, pink lotus and a gold pot with long spout. Forested landscape, predominantly green with some brown. Advertisement at print's top "Madura Mills Co. Ltd., Merchants and Cotton Spinners". Edges unevenly cut. Story printed on reverse.

Main print: four-armed, elephant-headed figure (Ganesh) with large paunch sits on grey plinth-like stone platform with a tall, arched, red-cushioned, gold backrest; inset on the lower front is a crouched rat. Male's leg on right folded into body; foot on left flat on floor, leg bent. Wears yellow dhoti, gold crown, jewelry, and gold snake at waist. Food and flower offerings on plate in front of him. Holds four objects, one in each hand: portion of one of his two white tusks, two gold sceptre-like objects, and white shell(?). Purple background. Male seated under ornately sculpted gold arch supported by two gold columns, moon on one side, sun on other, both with facial features. Print glued onto rectangular, brown sheet of paper. Two smaller prints are glued to the back. The larger of the two shows a standing four-armed woman wearing a white and gold sari and gold necklace. She holds lotus flowers in upper hand on right, and gold teapot in lower hand on left. Behind and to the left of her stands a four-armed blue-skinned man with red 'u' on his forehead, and wearing a gold headdress, pink shawl, and white garland around his neck. His upper hand on left holds a disc, hand on right holds conch shell; lower hand on left in upturned position, lower hand on right behind woman, not visible. Background is blue, with five large cobras in yellow-white halo, spread in fan shape over the man and woman. The signature on bottom left is 'Mulgaoker Art Studio.' The smaller print on the back is of a dark-haired female in a red and gold sari with a veil under one arm standing in front of a male dressed in white cloth pants; two streaming wraps, red one over shoulder, white one from waist; and wearing red and gold crown. With right hand he holds a large round container above female's head. Hand on left holds other end of female's veil. Female raises hand on left to support container over her head. Background is swirled green landscape. Indian script stamped, upper right. All colours subdued.

Large four-armed Shiva on left and Parvati on right are seated on either side of a small Murugan standing on pedestal. All wear: jeweled gold conical crowns and extensive necklaces; striped yellow, green, white and pink floral garlands over shoulders. Shiva wears white dhoti and is seated on gold-pattered green robe. He holds one gold object in each in two upraised hands: prancing deer and long-stemmed container with axe-like projection at side. Two remaining hands are held with palms facing outward. Three white horizontal, parallel bands and red dot on his forehead. Parvati is in pink sari, holds gold flower in her right hand. Central male in blue dhoti holds gold lance upright, gold flower in each hand and white band motif on forehead and lance head. A conch shell with gold ends sits on a silver pedestal flanked by two silver chalices. 'N.V.S.' and Indian script in green, red, white, and yellow at calendar top; 'N.V. Shanmukam & Co.' in pink and purple Indian script at base.

Kneeling in front of Rama is Hannuman wearing a red, green and yellow wrap around his waist. His palms are raised and reaching out. On right, is Lakshmana wearing a green cloak and yellow pants places palms together out in front while facing couple. He carries quiver on back and bow at shoulder. All figures wear gold crowns. Advertisement in yellow bands top and base for 'A.M. BalaKrishnan Chetti & Co.' printed in Indian script. Framed.
