Central design of outlined "I" shapes in bright purple, bordered by bands of weaving with staggered black and natural weft strands. Lid (part b) has a similar design and a button-like knob on top.

Rattle basket. Basket and lid have plain twined weaving with overlaid twined weaving (false embroidery). Two bands of pattern, on basket and on lid. Bands defined by a single brown weft above and below, with 'flesh of the salmon' pattern in false embroidery between. Lid has two tiers, caused by splitting the warp. Button-like knob on top with brown spiral. Top has materials inside (dried berries?) to make the rattle sound.
