Wood paddle that has a fine design carved in relief on the blade and painted in red and black on both sides. Design consists of an ovoid in tapering oval eye in an ovoid with a split u in front; a pair of red and a pair of black u forms below; a split u behind with a four digit claw-like feature with a central ovoid in ovoid below; a u form at either side; a black split u at the base of the blade; and a red split u at the tip of the blade.

Fork carved from one piece of wood with four prongs and a handle carved into the shape of a fish baring teeth. The details of the fish are emphasized with black paint. This fork is carved in a light hardwood, and elaborated with black stripes, stipples, dots, and dashes.

Model PaddleA6958 a-d

Four (parts a-d) small wood paddles painted in black with a design of a bird. Both parts a and b have on each side, a thin black ovoid in tapering oval eye within a black-outlined ovoid that has a black-outlined u form underneath while a black-outlined semi-oval is at the tip with a black L-shape underneath. Part c has a similar eye form but with the following in addition: on one side, the eye is plain while the other eye has eye lashes; on one side, the u form underneath has black cross hatching while the other side has a thin line down the middle; while both sides have cross hatching and dots in the semi-oval at the tip and the L-shape underneath, respectively, the other side has dots above as well. Part d has a similar eye form but with the following in addition: while one eye is plain, the other eye has eye lashes; however, both have cross hatching in the u form underneath and the semi-oval at the tip with dots in the L-shape below. All four parts have a two-feathered wing-like feature coming from a central black-outlined ovoid; however, the various designs are as follows: Part a has a black top feather and a cross hatched bottom feather on both side; part b has two black feathers on one side while the other side has a diagonal lined top feather and a black bottom feather; part c has a black top feather and a cross hatched bottom feather on one side while the other side has an elongated black top feather and a black bottom feather; and part d has a black top feather and a cross hatched bottom feather on both sides. The lower portion of the body near the handle end is dotted on all four pieces (parts a-d). All of the handles have a horizontal cylindrical finial. Parts a, b, and d have a pair of black diagonal lines running in the same direction near the handle finial, except that part d reverses direction on the other side. Part c has a black u-line near the handle finial.

Stylized design in colours of black and red on one side only of a small wood paddle. The main design of the blade consist of four outlined u forms that have designs within. The top two u forms nearer to the tip are black while the lower two u forms nearer to the handle are red. The top u form has the following: a red curve, a cross hatched black u form, and a red-outlined u form that has an eye form within. The next u form has the following: a red-outlined crescent shape, an oblong pointed shape that has diagonal black lines within, a central eye form, and a red-outlined split u that has black cross hatching in the spaces in between. The third u form is similar to the first except that there is a black curve line in between the cross hatched black u form and the red-outlined u form that has an eye form within. The last u form has the following: a black-outlined split u that has cross hatching within the lower portion. Along either edge of the blade there are three black curving shapes. The upper end of the handle has a diagonal black diamond shape with a horizontal line at either end. The handle has a horizontal rectangular finial.

Small wooden paddle painted in yellow, white, black, and red. The front side of the blade has a creature in the mouth of another. The main creature has a black oval in white tapering oval eye surrounded by a dark green area, a black nose, an open red mouth showing ten white teeth, a black and green u form behind the head with smaller red, yellow, and green ones behind, four black feather-like features, and two-feathered yellow tail with red and black u forms at the base. The creature in the main creature's mouth has a black circle in white tapering oval eye surrounded by a green area with a yellow face, a green nose, and an open red-lined mouth showing multiple white teeth. A red diamond shape is at the tip of the blade. The back has two diagonal red bands, one across at either end of the blade with 'Port Simpson .B.C.' written in black in between. The handle has a horizontal cylindrical finial.

Human-like mask. The plain brown face, with natural contour lines, has circular cut out hole eyes surrounded by a tapering oval with dark brows above. The elongated nose has red nostrils and are cut out. The human mouth is red with a dark moustache. Three parallel marks are on the cheeks with blue-green on the left side and red on the right side. A thick, red band is painted over the forehead. Three holes are drilled in the scalp. Fabric patches are nailed onto the back at the top middle and at either side.

Model Totem PoleA2207

A model totem pole depicting (from bottom to top): a bird with a frog, a man and a frog with their tongue's connecting, and a bear. The bird's circular black eyes are outlined in red and surrounded by a black ovoid. It has a small beak and mouth. The side wings have a black ovoid in ovoid in ovoid design. The frog facing upward in front of the bird has a black outlined, heart shaped face with circular black eyes outlined in red, and plain circular nostrils. It has a black dotted body. The man has black circle in tapering oval eyes with black brows above, a flat triangular nose, and an open mouth with a tongue extending into that of the frog's below it. The frog below the man has circular black eyes and a black body. The bear has black circle in tapering oval eyes, plain ears, black outlining the face, a flat rounded snout, and a downward turned open mouth showing sixteen plain teeth and four front fangs. Carved on a half-oval shaped pedestal.

My Guardian Angel1355/7

Rectangular design of a seated figure with a hat and upraised hands holding a sword in red and black. The stylized figure has black ovoid eyes with the rest of the square face split down the middle by the long downward pointing triangular nose. At either side of the nose, there is a split u, half of a red moth, and four teeth. The chest has two large black ovoids, two pairs of red u forms surrounded by a larger red one that is surrounded by a larger black one, and three pairs of red 'ribs'. The legs are at either sides with the knees bent upward and the feet flat on the ground. The arms are upraised at an angle holding a black sword across and above the head. The figure is wearing a dome-shaped hat, and the head is surrounded by outlines of red spikes with a split u at either side. There are wing-like features at either side of the arms. The figure is sitting on a dome shape that has five split u's surrounded by a red u form and outlined by black. Pencil inscription across the bottom edge reads '36/75 15/8/75 MY GUARDIAN ANGEL Roy Henry Vickers TSIMSHIAN TRIBE KITKATLA B.C.'. There is an embossing on the lower right corner for 'NORTH WEST COAST INDIAN ARTISTS GUILD member' with a salmon-trout head at the centre. The print is on a vertically rectangular, light brown paper piece.
