Small wooden paddle with painted imagery. Paddle surface is smooth. One side of paddle is painted with a scene depicting two figures paddling a red boat in green waters. Behind them, in the distance, are two red buildings. The second side is painted with a traditionally styled First Nations design of an animal's face ? Handle grip is painted red. Inscription written on paddle arm.

Rectangular shaped, wooden steam bent dish with convex sides and an undulating rim. The underside and corner are attached with small wooden pegs. The four panels vary in their complexity. Each represents the various parts of one creature; all sides have elements of a bird.

Whale MaskA6837

Mask or headdress representing a whale with movable pectoral fins, dorsal fin and tail. The body of the mask is painted black with white bands on the back and a humanoid face in red, black, white and green on the tail. The head is black at the top and on the cheeks with green around the eyes and over the eyebrows, black eyebrows, red nostrils, and a red upper lip (lower jaw missing). The fins are painted with black, red, green and white designs.

A long rectangular cedar plank with faded Northwest Coast designs imprinted in the surface of the wood. Plank is dark red-black overall, with black faded designs. The plank is darker near the top. Has a large longitudinal split at the bottom. Rectangular indention on back near top. Long and thin indentation near the base on the front. Small rectangular indentation near the top on the front.
