Bag2981/9

Square bag knit with wool in a tight weave. The body of the bag is red with several vertical lines of blue and white. At the bottom corners are two tassels of red, blue and white wool. A fringe of the same decorates the front top opening of the bag. At the top corners is attached a short handle also knit and decorated like the body of the bag. Bits of feathers are caught in the bag’s weave.

Light brown wood paddle with a slightly flat cylindrical handle. Paddle blade shape is long with slightly rounded flat side edges tapering to a point. Flat base of the paddle blade is carved with a curved line on either side.

Spatula with an elongated flat blade that has a rounded tip, and a handle with four ridges that tapers to a point where there is a small hole that pierces the tip. Where the neck of the blade meets the handle there is an incised concentric circle design that has been filled in with white pigment.

Drum1379/2

Vertical, cylindrical drum with a concave curve around the bottom half. Six large wooden pegs pierce the sides of the drum, holding the skin over the top in place; skin around the sides is covered in brown fur. Linear patterns are carved around the sides, augmented by brown, painted geometric and linear designs.

Quiver with eight arrows inside. Quiver is sewn together and decorated with black feathers that are inserted at two leather bands that wrap around the quiver. Quiver has lid; arrows have feathers at ends and have been bound by fibre. Thin leather strap at back.
