These are a pair of non-commercially made women's gloves, featuring embroidery and quill designs. This object has strips of leather, and the inside is lined with fur.

Ledger book and catalogue card call this Sitka, however it was published in USNM Annual Report for 1896 as Aleutian Islands, and original list in accession record also identifies it that way, with same provenance as toy lamp A16061.
