Base is similar to plain oval and monarch or erie oval bases with three curved sides and one straight side connected with rounded corners. Mold seams include: horizontal cup-bottom mold seam and two side mold seams extending up to the bottom of the finish. Flask shape indicative of bottles holding liquor. Bubbles present in the glass. One olive green bottle with round base and blob finish. Lack of mold seams and presence of horizontal lines on body indicative of turn in mold manufacture. Presence of blob finish with remnant of wire closure indicative of bottle containing carbonated beverage such as champagne, soda or mineral water. Dried substance present inside and outside of bottle. Remnant of previous sealing material, probably tin, and corroded metal on finish.
