Oval-shaped wood bucket; overlapped sides stitched with root. Brown painted exterior has two carved grooves. Attached by metal pins on both sides of bucket is a piece of walrus tusk with a hole in it and a hide thong tied to a walrus tusk handle.
Pair of miniature boots. Light brown sole stitched to brown upper with seam up one side. Two white thongs cross over the foot, wrap around the ankle, and tie. The white border around the top of each boot is decorated with black stitching, and has a red strip woven in.
Leather belt with a mottled brown, hinged buckle. Centre of the belt is covered with brown and white quills woven into a pattern of repeating geocentric motifs.
Bowl-shaped ladle with handle: beginning from bowl's base, handle consists of two prongs which join one-third of the way up; carved with herringbone design and large oval-shaped octagon cut out near handle's tip. Ladle is painted brown, except for inside of bowl. Handle has four scratches near its end.
Oval-shaped cedar mask. Face with lozenge-shaped eyes placed close in to sides of wide nose, large turned-up nostrils, and puffed-out cheeks surround small round mouth. Eyes, nostril, and mouth are pierced holes to underside. Only slightly recessed eyebrow to eye area. Sharper and deeper cuts for bridge of nose and cheekbones. Facial features placed low form large forehead. Two pierced holes one at each temple, are for tying cord. Traces of white at central forehead and cheek on the left. Large split up centre of back and smaller cracks on face are recent.
Carving made on half a piece of tubular bone. Convex side is carved with a head having a round eye and square muzzle. Behind head is a row of four round shapes. Above this is a round humanoid face enclosed by two split u's; below is another face.
Deep red-brown wood bowl in the shape of a seal. Shaped as a smooth, rounded seal's head at one end with inlaid oval abalone shell eyes surrounded by a carved tapering oval, a nose that has inward bored circular nostrils with a vertical ridge in between, and an open mouth showing a tongue. The other end is shaped as a tail enclosed by u-shaped piece representing flippers consisting of a central shell inset ovoid and three horizontal bands with eight, nine or ten small circular insets. Flipper design carved at each side behind the head consisting of a central shell inset ovoid, a split u, and four curvi-linear lines with four or five small circular insets along the upper three. The tail is also outlined by small circular insets. In between the side flippers and the back flippers, there is a central shell inset ovoid. Flat rim is inlaid with nine opercula. Back of seal is concave, forming a dish. Carved areas are inlaid with opercula, abalone, and beads.
Walrus ivory model pole carved from a tusk, with three figures: a raven, a human holding a knife, and a human holding a fish in his mouth. All figures have circle in tapering oval eyes with a split u brow above. The raven's closed beak curves downward with the claws below. The side wings have an ovoid in ovoid along the upper portion while the lower portion has a pair of split u's with a u form that has an oval within. Both humans are in crouching position. The human in the middle has a closed mouth and the knife has a profile head finial at the end of the handle. The human on the bottom has an open mouth showing six upper teeth, with the tail of the fish in his mouth. On a square rounded base.
Wooden carving of a woman lying on the back of a sea monster(?); she is shown nude, lying flat on her back with knees slightly raised. She has a labret in her lip. The creature's body is divided into three segments. Its head is painted black with red nostrils, the eyes are round and green, and the gills are well defined and delineated. The tail is black and split, with yellow and red concentric circles at each corner. A circular space has been carved out of the wood under the creature's head.
Round, closed two-strand twined basket with lid. Straight-sided, very finely woven. Approximately every 6th element in every 6th row is red (warp of same grass dyed red, otherwise yellow-green). Bottom of basket is coarser and darker red/beige. Blue band, a single element wide around bottom edge. Lid (b) rim is reinforced by cedar bark band. Red 'dot' pattern on lid, same as basket. Two small holes near bottom centre.
