There is a half-circle gold-coloured imitation foil decoration on one face of the hat.

At top centre there is a copper-coloured imitation foil three-point decoration.

The red with green and yellow streaks, grey dots and triangles paper open collar is adhered to the main shirt, and is outlined with shiny dark pink ribbon. The short paper pants have burgundy waffle-like spheres on an off-white background, with light blue-grey clouds, burgundy, and dark taupe dots and other shapes.

The lower half has geometric shapes, floral motifs and red characters. The edges have red trim with two top loops and loops on each side. The back is lined with white cotton. The ties (part b-c) are different lengths and white with pink double lines.
