Painting on paper, attached to board. Painting shows six scenes, three each on top and bottom separated by striped boarders, of single figures or small groups drawn in fine black lines and coloured softly with paint in shades of yellow, orange and pink, highlighted with dark grey-blue. Flowers, foliage, snakes, birds, as well as small animals are included in the background of each scene. A scalloped border surrounds the artwork.

Pair of wooden toe knob sandals. Sole is carved in the shape of a foot, with raised heels and toes. Knobs with circular finial-like tops are positioned to go between the first and second toes of each foot.

Ten metal arrows with bamboo grass shafts. Sharp barbed heads with hollow shafts. Each has three feathers intricately bound by string. All have straight angled barbs at either sides of the bottom of the arrow, except for one (part g) that has curved barbs. Six have dark feathers (parts a, c, f-i). Three have white feathers (b, e, and j) with one having shorter feathers (part e). One has brown feathers (part d).

Pot that tapers towards the bottom and is wide at the top. The outer rim of the top of the pot has evenly spaced indents that create a crimped edge. The pot is red in colour and has possibly been dipped in a red clay slip.

Hollow tubular pipe that is wider at the base. There are three sections of incised line patterns around the perimeter of the pipe. Two of the lines are near the base, one of the lines is around the centre, and the last line is around the top of the pipe. The pipe is red in colour and has possibly been dipped in red clay slip.

Model winnowing tray. Tray is upturned at one end and flattens at the other. There is a thick band of pink coloured bamboo that lines the perimeter of the piece, inside and out. There are line designs painted on the interior with pink dye.

UmbrellaB568 a-d

Model of an umbrella. A long handle (part a) is split at the end to make four prongs and is wrapped with brown bark(?). The handle attaches to the centre of the underside of the umbrella's top (part b). The top of the umbrella is cone shaped, is woven in a herring-bone pattern, is decorated with a thick band of pink woven grass in its centre and is outlined in black coloured woven grass. There is also a thick band of pink bamboo that is attached to the perimeter of the umbrella top by evenly spaced bamboo loops. Part c is a long thin stick with brown bark(?) twisted around one end. Part d is a long thin stick that has no bark twisted on its end.
