Humanoid face mask with a straight profile. Red horse's hair, with the ends wrapped in brown paper, are inserted into twenty-two holes drilled into the upper rim. Hollow oval eyes are surrounded by a plain tapering oval and a recessed oval. Light blue-green forehead has patches of white, wood visible through the paint, and an abstract red form line design on the forehead. Black brows protrude slightly. Blue-green band covers the temple, the orbital plane, the cheek, and the nose. Upward thrusting nostrils that are black on the underside and red on the outer side. Upper lip and chin. Three thin red-brown lines at the lower cheek on the left extend from the side edge to the mouth. One thick and one thin red-brown line on the lower cheek on the right extend from the side edge to the mouth. Open mouth with black next to the upper and lower teeth. On the reverse, there is a piece of wood that extends from the back of the mask with a strip of leather attached to the wood.
Oval face having prominent slightly curved brows, steeply indented to eyes with crease between. The triangular nose is in higher relief than the high cheek bones, deeply indented below nose, and rising slightly to mouth with incised line of uneven teeth, and sloping chin. Carving marks overall; mottled dentine at crown and under chin. Back is relatively flat.
Oval face having prominent brows with incised outline and crease between. Deep-set eyes with horizontal line across centre and close-set round centres of inlaid resin? Triangular nose in higher relief than prominent cheek bones. Horizontal line below nose, and chin with row of incised teeth. Wedge-shaped depressions at eyes and below nose, which are deepest at horizontal lines. Back is flat. Vertical scratches or carving marks on back. Mottled dentine is widest at forehead tapering as it runs down beside nose.
