Bordered on one side with blue and white embroidered ribbon, and a wider embroidered border of birds and flowers in white, green, black and gold metallic thread, edged with black silk. Opposite edge has four black silk knob closures. Reverse side lined with blue silk.

Hair ornament. Two long prongs extend from decorative element of five flowers made using several different kinds of metal. Long, dangly pieces of metal, interspersed with orange beads, extend off the back of this, and end in metal butterflies. There is a small, round orange sticker at the top of the two metal prongs.

Chinese hanging ornament. Design of bats, swirls, and Mongolian writing is painted in blue and glazed on front; similar design is raised on back of the ornament and not glazed. Orange string forms hanger above ornament with decorative knotted section and small woven bands above and below the knotted area. There is a piece of masking tape on the back of this section. The orange string goes through the ceramic ornament and has two orange tassels attached below the ornament.
