A long chain consisting of many ornate links joined alternately with simple circular links. Each ornate link has an inner design of an 'S' shape, an '8' shape, or a diagonal line.
Hanging scroll. Top half of composition shows a nobleman and his scholars in a building. Lower composition depicts a scene of demons torturing human beings in various ways. Polychrome.
A metal plate. Centre panel has male sword fighter and bordering rim has crab, fish and sea monsters, all in relief. On the back of plate there is a seal mark reading, Made in Hsuan-te reign of Ming Dynasty (1426-1435).

Red silk scarf, loose weave, with four rows of three staggered embroidered medallions, in white, green yellow, brown and blue. One end has unfinished hem with basting stitch.
Cream damask silk panel with embroidery. There are six wide vertical bands embroidered with bird, bat, swastika and floral motifs, outlined with gold couching. Along the bottom is a black border with bird and floral motifs. There is one red hanging loop in the upper left corner. The back is unlined.
