Belt2666/22

Pink belt with sequined designs. The belt is wide and rectangular with a metal safety pink through one end. The design has a sequined meander pattern in yellow and gold, interspersed with a white floral motif. The edges are lined with yellow and gold sequins. The inside is stiffened with cardboard and the back is lined with white cotton.

Robe2666/10

Yellow sequined robe with one wide extended sleeve, side slits, side opening and rounded neck. On the front and back are dragon, sun, wave and cloud motifs in gold, red, blue, silver, white and black on a yellow ground. The collar band has alternating red and blue flowers. Belt carriers have dragon motifs in gold, red, blue, and silver on a yellow ground stiffened with wood and adhesive. The inside lining is white cotton and orange silk.

White hood with sequined designs. The front edge around the opening is folded back, reinforced and stitched into place at the top centre. Two white ribbon ties are attached on the sides. Around the opening, sides and bottom edges is a sequined border of a silver geometric pattern with a yellow and gold edge, interspersed with floral motifs in pink, blue and green sequins. The inside is lined with white fabric.

Hat2666/3 a-c

Folded white hat (part a) with sequined designs. The top piece is rounded. The design has floral motifs in pink, blue and green sequins. The edges are lined with yellow and gold sequins and a silver sequined geometric pattern. There are two black string ties and two long white streamers with the same sequined designs attached at the back bottom. The inside is stiffened with cardboard and lined with orange cotton. Two white pieces (part b-c) with sequined designs. The curved pieces have a wire frame, covered with fabric. The design has yellow, gold edges and silver inner details. On one side are green leaves, on the other are pink flowers. The pieces fit into the ends of a horizontal metal tube, attached to the back of the hat (part a).

Daoist album leaf. Painting depicting Xu Xun and the cutting of paper that turns into an ox. A figure un blue and gold robes is standing with a pair of scissors in his hands. Emanating from the scissors is a flaring and undulating grey shape with a small black ox floating over it and a brown ox lying on the ground at the end of it. There are five figures standing behind the main figure: four male figures, one of which is holding a sword, and a young male figure holding a sheathed sword. The painting is mounted on off-white damask-patterned silk on paper.

Daoist album leaf. Painting depicting Xu Xun and the certification of perfection by the dispatching of an illusion. A male figure in green and gold robes with a blue border is seated with one arm raised and beside him is a young man holding a sheathed sword. There is a group of six male figures standing beside the young man, and there is a group of four men standing to the other side of the seated figure as well as a group of eleven men and five women. There is a blue and green hill and a tree behind the seated figure, and there is a tree, some blue and green rocky outcrops, and what appear to be five grey logs in the foreground. The painting is mounted on off-white damask-patterned silk on paper.

Daoist album leaf. Painting depicting Xu Xun and returning to the commandery and deterring a crocodile. Three male figures, one in yellow robes, one in blue and gold robes, and one in green robes, are standing at the edge of a body of water with two young ment beside them, each holding a sheathed sword. In the water is a building with a wall extending diagonally back and fading into the mist as well as several masts or posts that extend up from the mist, some with a green or yellow triangular flag. The painting is mounted on off-white damask-patterned silk on paper.
