The damask is woven containing large roundels with dragon and floral motifs. On the upper front and back is a large rectangular civil rank badge. The badge has a left facing Paradise flycatcher in the centre, surrounded by wheel of law, endless knot, swastika, fish, sun, wave and cloud symbols, among others. Around the badge is a blue and gold patterned border. On the front, the badge is split in two over the centre opening.
