Stomach Cover867/34

Red stomach cover with embroidery and appliqué. The cover has a narrow bib tapering outwards to a rectangular bottom. There are black loops on the bib and right side; a long twisted red tie sewn on the left side. Embroidered in the centre is a green animal figure surrounded by prunus, orchid, conch shell, vase and circular gold ornament motifs. Around the neck is a black border with appliqué floral motifs and turquoise floral trim. Around the sides and bottom is a black border with a dark blue floral motif and cream-green trim. The back is lined with light blue fabric.

Made from blue cotton with red trim along the top and bottom, multicoloured floral embroidery on the toes, and a strip of yellow fabric with red and blue crisscrossing embroidery down the back of the heels.
