The top is a slightly flaring rectangle with a hole punched at its centre, and this shape joins two arms that form an overall slightly flared rectangular shape. There are two Chinese characters in seal script on the face, divided by a line at the centre. The reverse is flat and blank.

The fourth band is again very thin and blue. The fifth band is thin and black. The centre section has a piece of velvet(?) fabric with a dark green pattern on an orange background. The panel is backed by a piece of tan fabric.
