Reverse: three standing figures, all wearing a chlamys and holding a globus cruciger in their right hands; these are all sons of Constans II, namely Constantine IV, Heraclius, and Tiberius. Monogram on obverse corresponds to number 35 in Sear catalogue. This coin is an example of a coin being countermarked.
