Bronze sitting couple. A man and woman sit side by side on a bench. Both figures have long, oblong heads. The male wears a small hat on top of his head, and has a flat beard that extends out from his chin. The man rests his right hand and on the woman's right shoulder, and the remaining hands are all rested on their knees. The woman is bare breasted and has her hair back or wears a headdress.

Strip of bright orange kente cloth, with fringe on either end. Woven along the length are thirty-three bands. The first four bands on either side are identical alternating patterns; rest of bands, in centre, are identical alternating designs. The first design of the outer section is of irregularly shaped indigo triangles; second design of outer section is a red-purple and bright orange grid. The first design of the centre section is columns of indigo and red-purple stripes, with dotted indigo columns in the centre; second design is rows of thin indigo semi-circles, connected with horizontal lines. All bands are divided with white lines.

Funeral Cloth3530/3

Brown cloth composed of eight strips of fabric; six span the length of the cloth, two are shorter and make up one row. Strips are stitched together along the long edges and decorated with kente embroidery; done in yellow with alternating green, black and red stripes. Adinkra symbols stamped throughout; stamps consist of alternating blocks of swirls, vertical lines, columns of hourglass-like shapes, concentric circles, and diamonds in a line grid; stamps done in dark metallic grey. Back of cloth is undecorated.

Kente cloth composed of eighteen hand woven cloth strips. The strips have been stitched together along the long edge and have embroidered designs overtop. Each strip has a repeating stripe pattern; done in dark blue, white, light blue, maroon, yellow, green, and red. The embroidered designs are in the centre of the cloth and consist of rectangular blocks, plain stripes and ladder-like stripes; done in yellow, dark green, blue, orange, blue-grey, green-grey and white. Tag attached to bottom right corner.

Kente cloth composed of twenty-two hand woven cloth strips, forming ten rows. Four strips span the entire length of the textile, six rows consist of three shorter strips. All have embroidered designs overtop. Each strip has a repeating stripe pattern; done in orange, light blue, white, light purple, dark blue, and red. The six shorter strips along the right side are attached to the cloth upside down, causing the pattern to break in the bottom corner. The embroidered designs cover the entire cloth, except the left edge. The designs consist of rectangular blocks, plain stripes and ladder-like stripes; done in shades of yellow, green, red, white, orange, blue, and purple.

Kente cloth composed of twenty-three hand woven cloth strips. The strips have been stitched together along the long edge and have embroidered designs overtop. Each strip has a multi-coloured checkered pattern; done in black, yellow, red, green and blue. The embroidered designs in the centre of the cloth consist of rectangular blocks, plain stripes, ladder-like stripes and geometric motifs; done in dark yellow, black, dark red, blue, green, and light orange. Left and right edges are covered entirely in embroidery, consisting of a rectangular block design. Blocks are filled with horizontal and vertical stripes, checkers, and parallelogram-like shapes; done in dark orange, dark red, dark yellow, green, yellow, dark blue and light pink. Tag attached to back bottom right corner.

Metal weight in the form of a standing bird on a flat oval-like base. Bird has an elongated neck, curved beak, large circular eyes and tall cylindrical legs. Wings done in relief and folded against back. They are decorated with incised, concentric semi-circles. Flat angled tail decorated with vertical lines, imitating feathers. Lines carved along feet, imitating long claws.

At each end there are five rectangles across by five rectangles down each strip. The centre of the cloth has groups of three rectangles with embroidered designs spread out. Uneven fringed ends.

Kente cloth composed of four hand woven cloth strips. Each strip has a wide white band flanked by two smaller white bands running down the length of a dark blue background. The strips have been stitched together along the long edge, and then embroidered with designs within small rectangles. Every second rectangle, offset from the neighbouring column, contains an embroidered band of red, flanked by gold, and then light green in horizontal bands. Fringed ends.
