Sash with six solid red bands interspersed with three purple and two off-white bands, all running lengthwise. Embellished with geometric and bird designs in yellow, purple, green, and white silk brocade at one end. Fringed at both ends.

Mouthpiece has remains of fibre(?) reeds in a cylindrical metal container, both within a circular wooden enclosure. Tube of six finger holes, side by side, lengthwise. Base of bell has four holes equally spaced, cylindrically intersecting tube. White cotton thread is used acoustically to prevent air escape and as handle. Larger piece is part b, and smaller piece is part a.
Skirt made with pieces of cotton fabric with raw edges joined by a two central embroidered strips to form a rectangular tube. The detailing consists of a vertical pattern of two narrow, white, parallel pinstripes on a navy ground. The central embroidered hand sewn strips run horizontally and vertically making a cross-like pattern. It is in repeating colours of red, orange, purple, blue and white.
