The horse has eyes with three eyebrow lines. Carved grooves make up the mane which is thickest at the centre while finer at the sides. The rider is sitting on a hatch marked saddle. The rider has a flat-topped head, three horizontal grooved lines for the eyes, a triangular nose, thin legs, and long arms extending into the bridle. The entire image has a flattened view to it.

A tapering strip of red leather is also sewn from the toe extending back over the top of the upper. The front top edge forms a point that points back towards the heel.

The lid is attached by a loop to one side of the handle and is composed of three thick coils with alternating pieces of purple and natural grass(?). The handle is composed of one thick coil with alternating pieces of purple and natural grass(?). The lid has a small loop to one side that latches on to a grass(?) piece that is attached to the body of the purse.

Blue fitted woman's open-back blouse. Embroidered with yellow, pink, white and orange thread in mostly circular patterns betweeen criss-crossing yellow chain stitches. Decorated with mirrors. Ties at neck. Red cotton under arms, at back of neck, and patterned red cotton fibre, lined with green, at sides.
