Hank of raw wool. The wool is natural in colour, soft and unspun. There are some dark areas within the wool and some extraneous matter in small quantities.

A woven goat hair rope (part a) with slits at several places along the rope and a loop at one end. Mixed light natural, brown, and grey tones. There are two handles (parts b-c) with sisal rope.

Roughly burnished brass representation of a horse. Hard black material of interior core is distinctly visible through open circular fretwork on underside of belly and throat. 4 raised rosette designs, 1 on each flank. Coiled wire pattern on back. Low relief brass fringe embellishes upper foreface and neck.

Light coloured naturalistic brass representation of a horse. Hard black material of interior core is visible in 4 places on underside. Bridle made of crosshatched narrow raised brass strips. Repeated half chevron design on neck. On back is low relief outline of saddle. Arched tail has linear pattern impressed into it.

Embroidered textile stitched together from old cloth. At least four, possibly more, pieces stitched together to form a rectangle. Multi-coloured border of several rows of running stitch. Motifs of insect, floral, leaves, animals, birds, umbrella, airplane, lanterns. Design in centre of lotus flower encircled by Sanskrit slogan.

Rectangular skirt of plain weave cotton with raw ends. Purple ground with bands of designs in white, black, yellow, orange, green and blue running the width of one half of the piece and with fourteen small blue diamonds widely spaced on the other half. Design motif includes: star-like shapes; band of peacocks?; yaks with loads; horses with loads.

Small basket with rounded edges and a four-corner bottom. Rim is also round. The basket is twilled and has two small handles to which are attached a strap. The basket is very brittle, especially the strap, which is cracking.

Shawl consisting of a rectangular piece of hand-woven cotton-silk blend. Off-white cloth with bright orange cotton embroidery thread used in brocade and straight stitch. Diamond motif brocade bands symmetrically flanked by straight stitch embroidery. Three rows of five orange diamonds placed in central area. Orange weft threads loosely carried along edging and tucked into the body of the shawl.

Dark red cotton rectangle skirt with a series of fine yellow and green woven stripes horizontally across the fabric in the middle and along the edges. Running vertically in the centre is a woven chevron pattern in yellow, green, dark red, black and white.

Woven black cotton rectangle tunic with white cotton embroidered and braided trim at one end, the other is hemmed. The head opening is a 27 cm. slit woven into the fabric lengthwise. The narrow white embroidered decoration runs across one end of the fabric near the edge. The ends and centre of the embroidered trim are braided. The fringe edge of the fabric is also braided.
