Three-dimensional male humanoid puppet: head (part a) fits into body with shirt and skirt (part b), and a control rod (part c) with a long shaft that passes through the body and fits into the neck of the figure's head. The body has jointed arms, each with a long controlling rod attached. The figure has a red face and black hair with a blue, silver, red and gold headdress that comes to a point at the back. The shirt is black with a dark red collar and cuffs, and the skirt is brown with grey-blue lines and a dark red waistband.

The face is painted red, with big black eyes, a large protruding upper lip with an open mouth showing the white teeth, and the red tongue, and black facial features. Wearing a black, red, and white conical hat. The upper body is painted yellow with a pattern of black inverted u forms. Wearing a red-brown maroon and beige-brown plaid skirt with a red-brown maroon fabric belt. The arms are riveted at the joints with string and have a wood marionnette stick.

Red fabric with black borders at selvedges and red fringe at each end except for centre, which has white fringe at the edge of a white square with geometric designs on red ground. Black stripes bordered with white run between the two white squares. Long narrow red and white stripes with wider stripe of geometric designs runs on either side of white squares. Red cross-stitched letters in one corner may indicate maker.
