Decoration in metallic red is of a central bird inside a circle, a square, and another circle; immediate circle has floral decorations around bird; square contains radiating lines in areas not taken up by the circle; outer circle has similar floral decoration to inner circle. Signature in dark red on underside has a line drawing of a rooster with a name underneath and the word "Italy" underneath the name.
