A printed inscription on the cover page reads: “ ISHIYAKUSHI The stages from Nagoya to Kusatsu, since they are on a branch line, are only known to local inhabitants. Though there are many picturesque places, few people visit them." There are Japanese characters at the top, bottom, and side of the printed message.
