Stand1299/1

Black lacquered stand with a golden floral design painted on it. Stand is made of two roughly rectangular frame-shaped parts bolted together so that they open to create a stable footprint. A braided orange cord with tasseled ends is looped through four holes on the bottom and tied to keep the pieces from opening too far.

A circular silver container with hinges at one end and clasps at the opposite end. One side is etched with a two trees in front of a mountain scene, and the other side is etched with a village scene of houses, boats and a bridge with trees and mountains in the background with yellow and gold colours. Inside, there is a scene of houses, boats, bridges, and trees with colours that include green and brown.

Long, rectangular, double-sided silk textile with selvedge edges along the top and bottom; folded and sewn edges along the left and right. The surface design consists of a light, shiny, brown/gold floral, circular dragon and rooster pattern with hints of a dark brown background. The underside consists of a similar design as above but with a shiny orange/gold background and a light brown design overlay.

Shoes376/8 a-b

Pair of shoes with a wooden sole that has two protruding rectangular heels on the bottom with one under the heel of the shoe, and one under the ball of the foot. The top of the wooden sole is lacquered with brown lines that run lengthwise. A thong is formed by a padded tube of black velvet inserted through two holes just in front of the back heel and secured at its centre with a strip of black velvet that is secured through a hole at the front of the shoe.
