The light brown rectangular stencil has cut design of elongated vertical flowers. There are three flowers and three long pointed leaves representing water plantain or arrowhead plant. The method of cutting the design was thrust punch.
The rectangular stencil has cut designs of maple leaves, diagonal lines representing branches and six pairs of dots and two single dots. There are register points which may be part of the design.
Silk rectangular sash with unfinished edges on narrow ends; weave creates repeating flower and leaf pattern on alternating horizontal red and black lines and tie-dye spots. Pin-wheel pattern at centre, graduated sizes in triangular form; each wheel consists of five black circles joined to small black circular centre by grey bands, five radiating grey spokes extend from centre beyond pin-wheel.
White bodied porcelain plate on low single ring foot; plate is round and concave. On underside are painted in underglaze blue, 1 of the 8 Chinese treasures (stone chimes), painted 3 times, alternating with 1 of 8 Buddhist emblems (conch shell). On upper surface is central floral design surrounded by ring of alternating triangles filled with flowers. Remaining surface is covered with 3 rows of medallions with flowers, phoenixes and dogs. All in light and dark blue, red-orange, blue-green, light purple and light orange. 2 character mark 'Tsuji sei'.
