Dark blue uchikake (打掛) with many embroidered squares. The neck and centre opening are edged with a wide blue band. The sleeves are short with long hanging panels and an opening under the arms. On the front, back and sleeves are embroidered squares. Each square has a rounded top and a different motif. The motifs include towers, bamboo, waves, birds, flowers and leaves in predominantly gold, green, brown, yellow and orange on dark blue ground. The inner lining is red silk and padded with cotton in some places known as fuki (袘).
Brown kimono (着物) with small check pattern paired with haori (N2.213 a). The neck and centre opening are edged with a wide patterned band. The sleeves are short with hanging panels and an opening under the arms. The pattern has small white squares on brown ground. The inner lining is dark blue cotton.
Bamboo, pine and flowers in bright colours, dark blue ends with geometric designs.
Black apron with white horizontal and vertical stripes. Bottom edge hemmed. Band of patterned fabric at top, with long ties attached on each side.
Full suit of armour, including leggings, skirt, tunic and helmet. Bands of lacquered bamboo are threaded together to form a flexible unit. Parts are padded and embroidered. Black plates with grey silk cord. Lined with blue floral damask fabric. Medieval style. Predominantly black, with blue and green accents.
Black kimono with pattern. The pattern consists of garden scenes with many flowers in white, yellow, orange and purple on a black ground. There is a wide patterned band around the neck and partway down the centre opening. There is a long patterned tie sewn to the centre back. The short, wide sleeves have an opening under the arms. The inside is lined with green silk.
Orange damask haori (羽織) or jacket/overcoat. The damask is woven with a floral and leaf motif. There is a wide band around the neck and down the centre opening. There are yellow string ties on the inside of the centre opening. The short, wide sleeves have an opening under the arms. The decorated lining called gaku’ura (額裏) is cream silk and decorated with a multicoloured floral motifs.
Red and white patterned coat. The pattern consists of elongated diamonds motifs filled with white circles arranged in horizontal rows. There is a wide patterned band around the neck and down the centre opening. There are two red and white ties on the inside of the centre opening. The short, wide sleeves have an opening under the arms. The inside is lined with the same red and white patterned fabric. The upper inside is also lined with an iridescent cream fabric with a garden scene in pink and white.
Multicoloured woven panel vest. The panels are woven from gray fabric with white, black, red, orange, blue, green and brown pieces. The vest is made of four woven panels, stitched together at the sides and top. The front is left open and a wide gray band is sewn around the neck and partway down the front. The front edges and side slits are edged with thin black and navy trim. There is a strip of Velcro along the front edge. An opening is left between the upper sides of the panels for the arms.
Grey and white haori (羽織) or jacket/overcoat with wide sleeve panels and a centre opening. The front panels hang down past the sleeve panels. The fabric has a pattern of small white branches separated by wavy vertical lines on a grey ground. There are large white circle family crests or kamon (家紋) representing snow known as yuki (雪) on either side of the centre opening, the back of each sleeve and the centre back. The inside is unlined.
