Long, rectangular shaped, cream textile with a repeated black and turquoise diamond pattern. The large black diamonds have a central floral design. Both the narrow ends have a black line while only one has a faded, think blue strip along with numerous red stamps of various shapes with different calligraphy.
Shirushi banten (印半纏), a type of hanten, also known as happi (法被, 半被) with black designs on white background. Around the neck and part way down the centre opening is a wide black band. The sleeves are short and the ends are edged with a thick black band. The front, back and sleeves have a diamond and stripe pattern. There is a pocket in each side seam. There is a folded black ribbon sewn inside the left sleeve. The inside is unlined.
Blue half-length jacket in a kimono-like style with floral motifs. The neck and centre opening are edged with a thick blue band. The sleeves are long and the ends are edged with a thick blue band. The front, back and sleeves have floral and leaf motifs in orange, purple, green and white. The inside is unlined.

Brown woven hanten (袢纏, also written as 半天, 袢天, 半纏) made of sakiori (裂織) textile. The woven fabric consists of brown, blue, purple and red pieces. There is a wide blue band around the neck and partway down the centre opening. The opening and sleeve edges are edged with blue trim. The sleeves are slightly tapered. The inside is unlined.
Dark blue vest with a patterned upper section. The pattern is thin gold and white lines forming a checkered design. The pattern is used on the shoulders and upper back. Around the neck and partway down the centre opening is a wide band with pairs of gold stripes on a dark blue ground. The upper inside of the vest is lined with fabric, thick gold stripes on black ground.

Also writing on right side of shrine, 正成 (Masanari), likely the name of the person who offered this ema. The back has the words “Daishi Inari” in pencil.
