Flat bottomed container that domes into a tall neck that starts very small and then flares quite tall. Exterior and neck's interior are decorated with an overall floral and vine pattern in blue on white ground; base and interior are glazed white.
The first paper doll (part a) has a white cloth face with black-painted eyes, eyebrows, and nose and a red-painted mouth. Her hair is folded out of black crepe paper into a bun and she has a pink ribbon pinned to her hair in a flower-like style with a yellow pin at the centre. Her cream-colour based Kimono-like robe has an orange spiral design with green dots and a red underlining and it is folded outward at diagonal angles from the waist. She has an orange belt with a gold-coloured string-like paper tied around it. The second paper doll (part b) has a white face with no facial features and black crepe paper hair tied in a bun with a red paper comb on top. Her kimono-like robe is coloured blue, pink, yellow, red, purple and white with an orange underlining and it is folded outward at diagonal angles from the waist. She has a purple, pink, red, and blue belt.
The bamboo instrument (part a) is a plucked idiophone known as mukkuri in Ainu. It is made of a flat long wooden stick which extends into a wider rectangular shape at one end. Within the first piece there are two slits which go along the stick in a prong-like shape; a red string loop is attached. The second piece (part b) is a paper document with orange designs and black and white writing characters with a picture of the object in the bottom middle.
Bowl with flared sides, foliated rim, and raised foot. Interior is decorated with four bands of decoration: centre is abstract design of architecture and plants; next is undecorated band on white ground; third is band of alternating designs of a bird decoration on gold ground outlined in a thick black curly line, and floral designs on white ground containing either two birds or one dog-like animal; band at rim is on gold ground and consists of bird and leaf patterns. Exterior is decorated with a wide band of alternating leaf and scroll decorations with a floral decorated band at the rim and a blue geometric band at the foot.
Round bowl with vertical sides and raised foot ring. Interior and exterior are decorated with white birds on a grey-white ground; gold band at rim; two grey lines on exterior, one at foot and one at bottom of bird designs.

Square box with lid and bottom each being half the height of the box overall. The lid is held in place by a lip on the inner rim of the bottom piece. Box is decorated with splashes of light grey glaze; each side has a brown Japanese character centred on it; interior of both top and bottom have small amounts of glaze. Underside of bottom piece is unglazed and has two lines of Japanese characters in dark brown.
Two square-shaped batteries for lamps (N2.500a-b). The batteries are covered with black paper that has pink printing. A circular metal protrusion arises from the centre of each box, with a metal hook-like object protruding from the side.

A miniature silver spoon with a twisting handle that has sphinx at the end. The back of the bowl of the spoon has a floral design which may possibly be the fleur-de-lis.
