Item Search

The item search helps you look through the thousands of items on the RRN and find exactly what you’re after. We’ve split the search into two parts, Results, and Search Filters. You’re in the results section right now. You can still perform “Quick searches” from the menu bar, but if you’re new to the RRN, click the Search tab above and use the exploratory search.

Figure1339/7

A wooden doll-like figure, attached to a wooden stand by her feet, bending over a seal. The figure stands over an animal, bent over to almost touching nose to nose. She is carved with black-painted hair in the form of a bun, which is decorated with a beaded string. She wears a light blue coat lined with dark fur with a multicoloured plaid ribbon around the waist; she holds an ulu in her hand. The pants are made of skin with light coloured fur, and the boots are orange leather with white lining at the top decorated with red, blue, green, and yellow squares. The light coloured, furry animal is lying on its back underneath, between her feet. Attached is a red, white, and black circular label which reads "Eskimo Handicraft. Made in Narssaq Greenland".
