Coconut shell container has bulb shape with an opening at its peak, and has a band of four parallel, horizontal lines with scallops below the band. Container has three darker ridges extending up the sides from the bottom centre. Leaf has been rolled into a cone to form stopper (part b).

Woven shield with a wider end that tapers to a narrower end; at each end, the sides curve inwards and come to a point; plant fibre border around edge (missing on half of the shield). Front of shield is composed of two layers of cane that are lashed together with rattan with a geometric design at both ends in dark grey. Back of shield has bundle of leaves? that have been folded under the handle and lengthwise.
