Round, shallow dish with uneven foliated rim; incised band around edge. Interior is decorated with five radiating, spiraling leaves and two leaves at side of well all in relief. Exterior has protrusion with hole through it at edge of well, likely for hanging.

Hollow, seated figure with knees up and splayed and hands on knees. He is wearing a headdress and decorations on chest and sides of head. Decoration is in red and black paint; headdress and sides of head are decorated with alternating black and red lines; chest is two red v-shapes with black fill and borders; arms and legs are have alternating horizontal bands of red with vertical designs in black.

Shallow, ovular mask with open mouth and eyes and protruding nose, lips, ears, and forehead decorations. Mouth has two teeth on top jaw; forehead decorations are four round bumps in a horizontal line across. Painted decorations in red and black: vertical red lines outlined in black on forehead; ears, lips, and chin are solid red with black border; on cheeks, wavy red lines outlined in black; red on nose; straight black lines to right and left of chin from edge to lips; eyes are outlined in black. A round hole is in the middle of the forehead.
