Carved wooden stool with ten cone-shaped feet (each is widest at the top where they meet the seat), and an inverted cone-shaped seat with a carved geometric design on the relatively flat, circular top face of the seat. The rim of the seat is also carved with a zigzag pattern.

A dark wood piece with a double back-to-back face on one end that has two triangular protrusions around the face and pointing upward. The stem of the handle has a horizontal triangular pattern all around surrounded by horizontal lines, four on the top and three on the bottom. Near the bottom, there is a circular rim with a loop at the end.

Drum1373/45

Square-shaped drum with white skin that has been stretched over a light brown coloured frame and stapled at the sides. On the reverse, the drum frame has a cross-piece section in the centre that is secured with two nails and has a secondary wood frame inset into the outer drum frame.

Gelede Mask1373/1

Human face mask with oval-shaped base. Hair section takes up two-thirds of the mask and extends upwards at an angle. Hair on mask has three rows of raised rectangular sections that are painted with alternating colours of yellow, and black with yellow dots. The face takes up one-third of the mask. The face has oval-shaped cut-out eyes that taper at the corners, a small nose, a slightly defined mouth, and protruding ears. Forehead, eyebrows, cheeks and chin are decorated with black and red painted designs.

Three-quarters of the way down, there is a small horseshoe-like object around the long metal piece just above four medium hollow conical pieces opening downward. Slender, curved, dark brown tusk-shaped object that tapers to a point. Object is carved and held vertically by a square black plastic base. The upper half is carved into the shape of a human with a tall, conical hat and hands clasped in front of themselves. The bottom half is carved with ornate patterns, giving the impression that the figure is standing on a pillar or pedestal.

Wooden panel or plaque. Rectangular piece of carved wood, with a zigzag patterned frame carved in relief. Divided into three distinct carved scenes by two evenly spaced geometric carved lines. The first section of the panel depicts two large birds and one small bird flying among tree branches and leaves. The centre section of the panel depicts two human figures standing upright, one facing ahead and one turned to the side to face the other figure. Both are holding items in their right hand. The last section of the panel depicts two figures standing upright, both facing ahead, with one figure holding an item in his left hand and the other figure holding items in both hands. The garments worn by the human figures are elaborately engraved with geometric patterns.
