An all black Janus headdress; one of the heads has a multi-peg headdress, clean-shaven, open mouth revealing filed teeth, protruding lips, ears, eyes, short nose, and a vertical ridge high on the forehead. Second head has matted hair, beard, and other features similar to first. Both heads supported by a common neck merging into a round base. Skin covering wrinkled and broken in several places, revealing wood. Base hollow, interior painted black.

Sword (part a) with scabbard (part b) and cord (part c). Sword has a double-edged blade with two crescents on either side at the hilt end. Hilt is covered with brown leather decorated on each side with a star of four intersecting lines on one side and two n's on other side. Pommel is decorated with brass and steel caps superimposed on each other. Grip is covered with black leather. Scabbard is brown leather stretched and sewn over a wood frame with two brown leather rectangular straps. There are two tin bands at either end wrapped around and decorated with excised star and punched dots to make a stippled line around all edges. Chape of scabbard is tan leather and edged with tin. Cord of red and green wool with a tassel at either end is braided over a central core and knotted to the straps.

Dull brown wood sculpture of a figure with three faces, one of which is typically at the front while the other two of which are angled from the sides of the main front face. All three heads are sharing a curved oval head piece. The figure has a large flat torso with slight breasts. The figure's left arm hangs loosely down the side while the right arm is bent at the elbow so that the hand is resting on the hip. Bent knees with slightly inward angled toes. On a base.
