Floral beadwork design consists of one large red flower in two shades having a two-shaded yellow centre and one small pink and red flower with 'greenery' in two shades of blue and three shades of green. Quillwork colours include mauve, red, orange, and blue.

Bowl is round with a protruding rim set back from the edge of the bowl proper; protruding rim and upper edge of the bowl are ringed with thin, horizontal, uniform ridges, with a single band of dot-like depressions underneath the ridges on the bowl. The pipe stem curves away from the bowl at a forty-five degree angle for a very short distance before the break.
