Two spears pierce the side of the land, while the bear holds a spear. Another spear flies through the air toward the bear. On the right side of the image is another, smaller hill with two small human figures in parkas sitting on top. Only their heads and arms are visible, and each hand holds a spear. Between the hills is a small body of water and a piece of land with eight small houses with red roofs.

Heavy stone carving of a seal-man figure.Figure is quadripedal and has a rectangular tail pointing up in the air with six thin carved ridges at the end of it. Two of its paws are on the ground, and one covers its face playfully. Its face has two large eyes with circular pupils, a very wide nose, and a large mouth opened into a smile. The mouth also reveals a large set of teeth.

Print with image depicting two mothers holding two babies and two children standing in a row. The mothers are the first two figures wearing large coats and have large breasts, are larger in stature than the children, and each has a baby on her back underneath their coats. The mothers are holding equipment in each hand, possibly fans or paddles. The mothers are frowning, one baby is frowning, and the second baby is smiling. The two children, possibly one boy and one girl, are holding hands. The first child is smiling and the second child is frowning. Both are wearing large coats and boots. Bird Spirits2871/10

Print with brushed blue background depicting three bird spirits in profile. In the top right hand corner, a large bird facing left flies down toward a similar bird. It has human-like legs, two arms and two wings, and appears to be wearing a shirt or jacket. The second bird is standing facing left and has a bird's head, wings, and human-like legs, and is wearing a jacket and pants. The third bird is facing right, has an open beak, and its body resembles a duck floating in water. There are two animal faces where the tail would be. Hand-painted dry-point etching print. Image shows a black line drawing of a child desk and chair with a standing child and standing male adult next to it with red and green brush strokes added to the chair. The adult figure has numerous crossed diagonal lines and green brush strokes over it, and is portrayed as having abusive words (via symbols) projecting from his mouth. He also is positioned with his hands on and in front of the child's head as if hitting him. The figure of the child has red brush strokes added. The title, The Day After, is written on the print in black letters in the upper left. Print is signed, dated and numbered (3 of 15) in pencil below the image. Framed.

Hand-painted dry-point etching print. Image shows a black line drawing of a child sitting in a bathtub (with a toilet in the foreground) facing away from a naked adult male standing at the other end facing him, outside the tub. The image of the boy has red brush strokes added around the lines; the adult has green brush strokes added in some areas. There are numerous black diagonal lines with green brush strokes across the image and many crossed lines over the adult figure. Print is signed, dated, numbered (3 of 12) and titled in pencil below the image. Framed.

Stonecut print of black image of boat with animals in profile. Boat has one sail and large propellor at stern, and anchor hanging from prow. One dog is steering the ship and one is standing right at the prow. The heads of five other animals are shown in the boat and another is on the mast lookout. The Cape Dorset marks are upper left of the image. Inscription in pencil below.

Doll2881/1

Doll wearing thick fur clothing. The face of the doll is made of light coloured stone, with carved eyes, nose, mouth and ears. It is enveloped by a large brown fur hood attached to a jacket that ends at the waist and has a long, narrow flap in the back that falls nearly to the knees. The coat is edged at wrists, face and bottom with white fur. The pants are made with a white and brown fur, cut decoratively at the top on both front and back and inlaid with a lighter coloured fur. Leggings of the same darker fur cover the leg from thigh to ankle and are attached by fur suspenders to the waist. Matching mitts cover the hands. Off-white hide boots tie at the ankle and have dark brown, furry soles. The doll underneath the fur appears to be covered with a canvas cloth at the back and brightly coloured fabric at wrists.
