Cream blouse with embroidery. The blouse has a square shape with a round neck and no sleeves. Around the neck are green tendrils. On the front and back are large flowers in red, blue and yellow with green stems and leaves on cream ground. The inner lining is white cotton.

The panels are decorated with alternating patterns of undecorated cream bands with varying bands of green and orange geometric design. There are two solid black stripes that run vertically between the woven pieces. The neck is edged with pink and yellow ribbons that hang down the front. There is a thick band of red silk along the bottom. The sides are not sewn.

The garment is divided vertically by vertical bands formed by horizontal multicoloured bands. The sleeve openings are edged with violet ribbon and coarse machine-made white lace with a green edge. The neck is emphasized by several appliqued green triangles.
