Metal bracelet consisting of nine gold coloured Mexican coins of various dates (1955-1969) fastened together by metal links with a hook clasp at the end. On the top of the coin is an eagle with a snake in its mouth, sitting on a branch and the words ‘Estados Unidos Mexicanos’. On the back is a woman in profile and ‘Cinco Centavos’.

White garment with embroidery. The garment has a square shape with a round neck and no sleeves. The front and back are divided into three vertical panels by red stitching. The lower centre and outside panels have a bird motif in alternating blue and red. The upper centre panel is dense with bird and floral motifs in yellow, blue, red and green. The bottom edge is unfinished. The inside is unlined.

White dress with pink embroidery. The dress has a rectangular shape with a round neck and no sleeves. There is a small floral motif around the neck. There is a bird motif beneath the neck. There is a large floral motif down the centre and around the bottom hem. The inside is unlined.

Pink damask skirt (part b) with lace and green trim. The skirt has a narrow waistband and a full, pleated skirt. The damask is woven with a leaf motif. Around the centre are three thin green bands and one band of white lace. Around the bottom are two thin green bands. The inner edge is lined with a white band.

White blouse with embroidery. The blouse has a wide round neck, long cuffed sleeves and full lower half. The upper front, back and cuffs have embroidered floral motifs in orange, red, pink, purple, blue and green on white ground. The front has an added floral and vine motif down the centre. Around the neck and cuffs is white handmade lace. The inside is unlined.

Octagonal metal frame with pierced flower shapes (brass coloured centres) and dark finish. Square, flat, metal panel at back.

A thick cylindrical piece of wood carved with a Jaguar head carved on both ends (part a). Striking stick (part b) has smooth surface and is slightly curved.

Big dark red painted and burned face. Four-petaled black flower design on forehead and at sides of head. Upraised brow above horizontal slit cut out eyes and long thin rectangular nose. Oval cheek indent outlines. Slightly carved horizontal mouth. Grey ribbon for hanging at back.

Dark brown mask with wide protruding forhead, deep set, cut-out triangular eyes, and a humped nose with a blunt tip. The carved mouth is slightly open with oval-shaped carvings of eyes(?) on the top portion of the lip between the mouth and nose, and long ear-like carvings on either side of the upper lip extending to the eyes.

Small face with raised, detailed hair, sideburns, and mustache. Brow is prominent; nose protrudes; eye holes are between eyes and eyebrows. Face has pink ground with white and black eyes, black hair and nostrils, and red lips. Two small holes per side and one on top for attaching string.
