Composed of two attached sections: a tan reed shaft is shaped at one end to fit a bow string, and is hollowed at other to hold black wood section. Reed shaft bound with fibre at hollowed end. The black shaft is pointed at both ends, and is also wound with fibre.

Strips of hide and strands of red, blue, and yellow trade beads are knotted and suspended from a hide tie.

The top is raw-edged and has holes, some forming loops, and the hide is tied in a knot over the bag opening.

Hollowed length of light brown branch smoothed and decorated with a wide incised horizontal band near the middle. Branch tapers at bottom. A round stone is fitted inside the base. A hole has been drilled through the side of the branch near the top.
